Every Pawsy order ships from the United States. This page explains what to expect between placing an order and it arriving.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 UTC on a business day are picked and packed the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off, or at a weekend or public holiday, are packed on the next business day. The countdown shown in your cart and on each product page reflects that same cut-off.

Delivery times and cost

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, standard shipping is charged at checkout.

Transit times are estimates from the carrier and start once the parcel has been collected, not when the order is placed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected. You can also look an order up on our order tracking page.

International orders

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is late, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will replace it or refund it. See our Refund Policy.
