Your subscription is yours to change. Skip a month, change how often it arrives, swap the size, or stop altogether.

Manage it yourself

Sign in to your account to see active subscriptions and change any of the following:

• Next delivery date — bring it forward or push it back
• Frequency — how often the order repeats
• Quantity or size
• Shipping address and payment method
• Pause, skip a single delivery, or cancel

Timing

Changes apply to the next order that has not yet been prepared. If an order has already been charged and packed, the change lands on the one after — tell us and we will make it right if the timing caught you out.

Cancelling

There is no commitment period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not automatically refund one that has already shipped, but our 90-day guarantee still covers it.
