What you get

• The ability to skip, delay, change quantity, or cancel at any time.

Billing and delivery schedule

Your first order is charged when you place it. Each subsequent order is charged on the day it is prepared for shipping, using the payment method on file. We email you before each renewal so nothing arrives unannounced.

Changing or cancelling

Manage everything from the subscription management page or from your account. Changes made before the next renewal date take effect on that renewal. If you cancel after an order has already been charged and packed, contact us and we will refund it.

Price changes

If the price of a subscription changes, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, with enough notice to cancel if you would rather not continue.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we will retry it and let you know. If it keeps failing the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, so you do not lose your pricing.
